Als Instruktorin schätze ich an ihrem Stil, dass sie zu Beginn der Stunde einen Check-in macht, was gerade gebraucht wird und die Intensität mit Feingefühl an die aktuelle Situation anpasst. Es ist angenehm ihrer Stimme zu folgen und sie achtet darauf Variationen mit unterschiedlicher Intensität zu vermitteln, dass jeder richtig gefordert aber nicht überfordert ist. Wertvoll ist auch, dass sie als Instruktorin wirklich auf die Teilnehmer schaut und sanft korrigiert. Man merkt, dass sie noch weitere Hintergründe mit "Körperarbeit" hat, Tanz und Shiatsu. So fließen noch Ästhetik der Bewegung und ein Gefühl das Nervensystem zu beruhigen mit ein. Mir haben die Yoga Sessions extrem gut getan und richtig zur Ruhe gebracht. Alle Übungen werden sowohl in der Anfängervariante, als auch für fortgeschrittene Yoga-Liebhaber vorgezeigt. Welche man ausführt ist ganz von der einzelnen Person abhängig. Die Einheiten werden auf Englisch gehalten. Sie hat im Zuge der gesamten Einheit große Aufmerksamkeit darauf gelegt, dass alle in der Gruppe mit der Bewegung mitkommen und korrigiert einzelne Personen, wenn notwendig. Zudem biete sie auch Onlineeinheiten an. Fazit: Eine tolle erste Erfahrung mit Wiederholungspotential!
