Online YOGA with FLOW DE LA MAR
My online yoga classes are suitable for all levels and combine elements of Hatha, Power, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin yoga. Each session weaves together movement, breath, and stillness to support your body and mind.
Drawing from the wisdom of traditional Yoga, Shiatsu, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I integrate energetic principles to deepen your connection with the body’s natural rhythms and flow.
Each 75-minute class offers a supportive space to grow, explore, and reconnect with yourself. The practice is thoughtfully designed to enhance mobility, build strength and flexibility, and nurture a grounded sense of balance, presence, and joy.

How to join
- Send me a message via WhatsApp or email, and I’ll send you all the details ~ including the Zoom link and payment information.
- Download Zoom.
- Join the class by dialing in 5 minutes earlier to settle in.
- Feel free to keep your video on or off ~ whatever makes you most comfortable.
What will you need
- Your phone, iPod, tablet, or laptop
- A stable internet connection
- Comfortable clothes
- A yoga mat
- Yoga props (blocks, straps)
- A cushion and blanket for extra comfort

Wir haben eine Woche lang mit FLOW DE LA MAR Yoga-Sessions in den türkis-blauen Buchten Kroatiens begleitet von sanften Meeresrauschen genossen. Als Instruktorin schätze ich an ihrem Stil, dass sie zu Beginn der Stunde einen Check-in macht, was gerade gebraucht wird und die Intensität mit Feingefühl an die aktuelle Situation anpasst. Es ist angenehm ihrer Stimme zu folgen und sie achtet darauf Variationen mit unterschiedlicher Intensität zu vermitteln, dass jeder richtig gefordert aber nicht überfordert ist. Wertvoll ist auch, dass sie als Instruktorin wirklich auf die Teilnehmer schaut und sanft korrigiert. Man merkt, dass sie noch weitere Hintergründe mit "Körperarbeit" hat, Tanz und Shiatsu. So fließen noch Ästhetik der Bewegung und ein Gefühl das Nervensystem zu beruhigen mit ein. Mir haben die Yoga Sessions extrem gut getan und richtig zur Ruhe gebracht. Hatte meine erste geführte Yogaeinheit überhaupt (und das auf einem Katamaran!!!) und das unglaubliche Glück diese Erfahrung mit Peti zu machen. 3. How should I prepare for my first session?
Create a peaceful space, have your yoga mat and props ready, and wear comfortable clothing. For best comfort, try to avoid eating for at least 1.5 hours before each class.
4. How often should I practice Yoga?
Practicing at least 1–2 times per week is ideal to notice real benefits, but always listen to your needs and choose a pace that feels right for you.
5. What if I have an injury or special condition?
Please feel free to share any questions or concerns before joining my classes. Yoga practice can often be modified to suit your individual needs.
6. What platform is used for the online yoga sessions?
Live sessions are held on Zoom. After your registration, you will receive a simple link to join.
